<p>Nothing beats a gin and tonic after a hard day on safari in Africa. It&#8217;s pretty good most other times to.</p>
<p>A Plymouth Rock does take a little preparation. Fill an ice cube tray with Schweppes tonic water, not the Wal-Mart cheap stuff, and definitely not the diet tonic water, but real Schweppes. Now the hard part, wait for the Schweppes to freeze.</p>
<p>Fill a tumbler with Schweppes cubes, add 1 1/2 ounces of of chilled Navy Strength Plymouth gin, and top off with chilled Schweppes tonic water.</p>
<p>Kick back in your hammock, watch the lions stalk a wildebeast and enjoy!</p>
